Varenyky Supper

SOLD OUT! That’s what the sign on the front door of the UNF Regina Branch said 1 Ѕ hours after its first  Varenyky Supper on February 22^nd. Approximately 200 people were served a fantastic at just $8 per plate, consisting of 6 varenyky, roast pork (or for those who follow lent, lazy holobsi), Caesar salad, a bun, a pickle, cheesecake, and a beverage. Also available were 3 dozen varenyky at $10 per bag.

A mixture of old and new members worked together in hosting the event. Notifications of the supper were sent out by e-mail, to newspapers, and by posters were hung up throughout Regina.
