Ihor Ostash, Ambassador of Ukraine to Canada, and the team of World Hope UkraineWorld Hope Ukraine Working with Children in Need

On June 22, 2010, Ihor Ostash, Ambassador of Ukraine to Canada, met a team from World Hope, a non-governmental organization that plans to go to Ukraine to support shelters for street kids and a summer camp in Kremidivka, near Odesa.

Team leader Mark Partington presented the project World Hope Ukraine and the working program of the team in Ukraine. He also informed about the work of Hope House for children who graduated from the orphanages and have the opportunity to live in a home until they settle on their own to begin their independent life. Mr. Partington also presented the work of First Steps Centre, a drop in shelter for street kids in Odesa, and summer camp in Kremidivka, run under the project World Hope Ukraine.

Ambassador Ostash thanked the members of the World Hope Ukraine team for their work with Ukrainian street children, stressed the importance of the work against human trafficking and wished them all the best with their project in Ukraine.
