UKRAINE ISSUES BONDS ABROAD WORTH $450 MILLION. Ukraine has issued its first foreign fiduciary state bonds, worth $450 million, UNIAN reported 12 August. The bonds are to be placed through Bankers Trust Luxembourg S.A. The leading manager of the bond placement is Nomura International London.
