Ancient Kyiv in the 10th-13th centuries, with its majestic wall around the city. The only part of this wall that survived the Mongol destruction of Kyiv in 1240 and other foreign invasions, the Golden Gate, can be seen at the bottom centre. Model exhibited in the St. Sophia National Preserve.
