On the third round of elections (Sunday December 26th 2004), three exit polls were conducted on election day. Their results were released on election day coinciding to the closing of polls at 8:00 PM Kyiv Time. They are as follows:
Government-established and funded Ukrainian Institute of Social Research and Social Monitoring Center is to question 12,500 voters in face-to-face interviews at 360 polling stations across Ukraine.

The Razumkov Center of Political Studies and Kyiv International Institute of Sociology surveyed 29,258 voters in 360 polling stations using anonymous questionaires pleced into boxes.

Dr. Frank I. Luntz, a pollster for the US Republican Party and Dr. Douglas E. Schoen (a pollster for the US Democratic Party) of the Washington-based market research company Penn, Schoen & Bertrand will poll up to 10,000 voters at 400 polling stations on behalf of Ukraine's ICTV television which is owned by Victor Pinchuk (President Kuchma's son-in-law). They promise annonymity.
