An air of excitement exists all over Toronto as the gloves are off in the last stretch of the mayoral race.
Monday November 10th, 2003 is the day of the Municipal Elections in Toronto, and this article is to stress the importance of voting to help shape our city.
One of the major problems facing the Ukrainians and other ethnic communities is that the once large group of immigrant community organizers are gradually slipping away, and due to assimilation, many of their Canadian children disappear from the community.
Toronto is based on multiculturalism, and must be maintained and sponsored by all levels of government, or our Ukrainian Community will become obsolete.
Here are the top five candidates running for Mayor of Toronto, and their comments.
